Treat of the Week: Butter Ball Cookies
Preheat oven 350 degrees
Mix together in bowl with hands:
1/2 lb softened butter
2 1/2 cps flour
1/2 cp powdered sugar
1/4 tsp salt
1 tsp vanilla
3/4 cp ground walnuts/pecans..

Mix well and shape into balls about size of walnut. Bake on ungreased cookie sheet. Keep in for at least 16 minutes. They will not be brown and that's okay.
Remove from oven and while they are hot, roll in powdered sugar until well coated and set on paper side of freezer paper to absorb some of the buttery goodness.
Let cool completely before you put them away or eat them.

Thank you listeners.
